Supplies . . .

During the Gold Rush of the 1840's a prospector found a huge vein of gold on his claim. He knew that he would need help to mine his claim, so he headed to town to look for laborers. After posting signs all across town, a German man came to see him and said (in a thick German accent), "I am the fastest miner there is. I dig all day and night, and mine like sixty; you'll find a no better miner than me."

Well, considering himself lucky, the man hired the German on the spot. Soon afterwards, an Englishman came to see him and said (in a British accent), " I am the best loader there is. I can get the precious gold out of the mine and loaded for town faster then anyone."

Again, the man hired the English man on the spot. Soon afterwards, a China man came up to him and (in a Chinese accent) inquired about work. The man initially rebuffed him, thinking that he already had the best miner and the fastest loader, what else did he need? Eventually though, he relented and told the China man, "You can be in charge of supplies."

After a few weeks, the prospector headed up to his claim to observe his workers. When he got there, he saw the German furiously mining away, and the Englishman loading the carts and sorting the Gold. However, he didn't see the Chinaman any where. He wandered around the mine looking for his last worker. All of a sudden, out from behind some boxes, the Chinaman jumped out and shouted, "SUPPLIES!"
